The induction unit is as close as you are going to get; The zone 
equipment (unit ventilators etc)
can't be attached to a central air system. What can be attach are 
"terminal units", and none of
those are configured as you describe. Not sure where in your system you 
are dhumidifying. If you
are not dehumidifying at the zone it may be that the induction unit is 
close enough thermodynamically to'
what you are trying to model. Especially since you would have to model 
fan energy some other way.
