I suggest that you contact the manufacturer to get additional 
performance information at various air flow rates for your specific 
unit. Numerous manufacturers already provide this information in their 
catalog data.

If you are going to model this split-type system at the rated air flow 
rate for which the manufacturer provides performance information, then 
you can simply use a constant curve with a value of 1 for 
TotCapFlowModFac.  This curve is only needed when you intend to model 
the system using an air flow rate that is different from the rated air 
flow rate.
