It is difficult to say without seeing the particular building design.  In most 
buildings, door details are not going to make a significant impact, because the 
doors represent a small percentage of total wall area.  Defining one door of 
equivalent area should be adequate in most situations, unless some doors are 
exposed to significantly different conditions (some are shaded, some are not, 
for example).  Even in that case, combining into two doors would probably be 
more than adequate.
