[EnergyPlus_Support] purchased air

Dear all,
I have simulated purchased air.idf input file changing the HEATING SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE from 50C to 70C and COOLING SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE from 13C to 1C (That means I have increased the load).Also I made the following changes
HEATING LIMIT------ LIMIT
MAXIMUM HEATING FLOW RATE(m^3/s)---- 1
COOLING LIMIT------ LIMIT
MAXIMUM COOLING FLOW RATE(m^3/s)---- 1
 
I campared the results of changed purchased air.idf in the aforementioned way to the results of purchased air.idf input file(without changes).
But I found no changes in output.
Please explain me why is it so?
