It is there, it is only the viewer that can't display them as 
surfaces.  In V1.2.3, we have a new option on DXF to just do a 
wireframe drawing so that the confusion is less.

You can also use the
Report, Surfaces, DetailswithVertices; to assure yourself that you 
have the proper surface.
