Joey,

There is a IWEC (International Weather for Energy Calculations) file for 
Singapore.  Go to DOE's EnergyPlus Weather web site, and go to Region 5
(http://www.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weather_data3.cfm/region=5_southwest_pacific_wmo_region_5/country=SGP/cname=Singapore)
