The statement refers to the order of the vertices, not necessarily 
their values.  You can specify the coordinates such that the volume 
(as the thickness of the wall may change the volume but not the 
thermal properties of the surface) is correct for the zone OR you can 
enter the volume of the zone in the Zone object.
