[EnergyPlus_Support] Definition Question

Dear All,

I am curious about the definition of the output value called: 
Zone,Average,Window Transmitted Solar[W].  What exactly does that mean?  It is 
Solar Heat Gain Coefficient x Incident Irradiance x Window Area (I do 
understand that this calcuation is a simplication and I would divide beam and 
deffuse components up) or is it: Window Solar Transmittance x Incident 
Irradiance x Window Area (again same comment as with the first calculation)?
