[EnergyPlus_Support] Disparate zones for inlet and outlet nodes for an air loop

Hello all,

I am interested in simulating a building comprised of several AHUs.

One of the AHUs services a particular loop in one area and takes
extract from another area. It provides ventilation air to a corridor
and lobby area. However, the return loop is extracting air from three
toilet areas. These areas are physically separated within the building
by 2/3 zones. Is this a problem in EnergyPlus, and do I have to
conglomerate these disparate areas into one zone (this may be a
problem with disparate temperature control etc)?

Kind regards

-Elmer
