No, all my tests with Linux versions produce identical outputs to the 
Windows versions.

You could bring the Linux csv files back to the windows machine, 
convert them to DOS files and try there.  Remember that the Linux 
files will be readable on Linux machines but may not be on Windows 
machines without conversion back to DOS format.
