[EnergyPlus_Support] Blind Schedule

Dear All,

I posed this question a few weeks ago and received an assurance that 
it worked, but I am having trouble with scheduling slat angles and 
getting the correct output.  Is there someone who could take a look 
at my input file so that I can be assured it does work and point me 
to my error.
