Yes.  When the power consumption of LIGHTS is reduced by daylighting controls, 
the internal heat gain is also reduced.  The following report variables can be 
used to verify this:
Ltg Power Multiplier from Daylighting, Lights Total Heat Gain, Lights Electric 
Consumption, Zone Total Internal Total Heat Gain.
