In the datasets folder there is a SCHEDULES.idf
which contains example schedules for occupants,
lighting, and equipment based on ASHRAE standards
including multifamily dwellings.
The Building America benchmark also includes information
on dwelling energy baselines and schedules:

I am evaluating the thermal performance of social house and I would like to
know which value recommended of "work efficiency schedule" of the people to
be used for the case of a residence (domestic activities) for the summer
and for the winter.
