[EnergyPlus_Support] COMIS + restricting openings

Hi,

I am making a building with natural ventilation through a COMIS
simulation. It all works fine. But I don't want my windows to open
with a OpeningsFactor greater then 0,35 (now the OF are always >0,7).
Can I block them in a way with a max of 0,35?

A second question is what wind speeds COMIS uses? I am making a hand
calculation to check the results.
Does COMIs work with a speed that gets higher the higher you get?
(exponential curve like the ones described in "Numerical Air for Air
infiltration by M. Orme )
