I modified "EPL-Run.BAT" as shown below (the red bold lines, following the
EnergyPlus call, are the new inserts). In addition, I copied
"covertESOMTR.exe" and "convert.txt over" to the "C:\EnergyPlusV1-2-3
"directory.  Am I missing something?

If you embedded it in the EPL-Run.bat or RunEPlus.bat files, it should 
work for all time.  There may be some units that we don't have 
conversions for in the default convert.txt.  I'm not sure if you can 
add more in the convert.txt or not.

Of course, any new installation of EnergyPlus might overwrite your EPL-
Run.bat file and you would have to re-insert the convertESOMTR changes.

If you put it in the RunEP.bat file -- that is remade with each new EP-
Launch simulation request.
