Elmer - it is my impression that one can size an air system (and subsequent
plant) for 100% outside air by  choosing "Cooling 100% Outside Air"  to 
be yes
in System Sizing (and maybe also "Healing 100% Outside Air" yes). Can one
have the autosizing take into account heat recovery? No. That is on the 
to do list.
