[EnergyPlus_Support] different euation of Effective Leakage Area.

Usually the units of Effective Leakage Area is cm2 in SI
In EnergyPlus AirflowNetwork ELA means m2/m2, which is the ratio of the
leakage area of the associated surface.

Comparing with the equation in the ASHRAE HANDBOOK-Fundamentals 2005
p27.13, there is no figure on the density of air.
Is the equation correct?
I could not find any explanations about this equation in the references.

Please tell me how this equation made and why do EnergyPlus use the
units of m2/m2.

Thank you
