[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat exchanger

Hello anyone,

I am using a HEAT EXCHANGER:AIR TO AIR:GENERIC, my question relates to
the 'Nominal Supply Air Flow rate'. The manual states that actual flow
rates should be within 50% to 130% of this or a warning will be given.
I have tried various values (eg 0.9, 9) with an air lfow rate of 0.3,
but get no warning, which I assume would be on the .err file. Does
this field matter - I assume that part load effectiveness uses this
field, but I am using a constant efficiency independent of low rate.

Many thanks

Tony Baxter
