You can use the zone multiplier to expand the building; all it does is 
multiply the load
sent to the HVAC system. If your original building had 1 air loop, the 
new building will still have one
air loop. If everything is autosized the air loop flow rates, capacities 
etc will increase to meet
the larger load.
