Are you getting loads convergence problems?  The initial condition of 
23C sets the stage for the "warmup" -- which goes until conversion is 
reached (loads/temperature).  If you are getting loads convergence 
problems, you may need a longer period of warmup days.

The run period is not a factor -- if you are using weather data -- 
the program still uses the initial conditions and initial day to 
reach convergence BEFORE it performs the simulation using the run period.
