[EnergyPlus_Support] PURCHASED AIR AND VENTILATION

Hi!, my name is Lorena, I'm learning EnergyPLus, I'm modeling a 
restaurant which has 3 air handling units and some exhaust fans in the 
kitchen. I want to use the PURCHASED AIR object, and I have 
information on the building's Outdoor air, supply air, return air and 
the Kitchen's exhaust air. Where should I specify each one of those, 
which flow rate should I specify for the Ventilation object?
