[EnergyPlus_Support] Zone Height

When inserting a roof over a zone, the height of this surface (z 
coordinate) which I must insert is the external height (including 
the thickness of the construction of the roof) or the internal 
height (from the floor to the internal surface of layer #4)?

The roof construction is:
Material 1,  !-outside layer
Material 2,  !-layer #2
Air space,   !-layer #3
Material 3;  !-layer #4

The same question I do for the corresponding walls. Which height do 
I have to use for the walls surrounding this zone?
