I would be more concerned with your floors not having the proper tilt.

We have a known error with some >4 sided surfaces and windows that 
are on them exhibiting this error.  Perhaps this is one of them

When I looked at the DXF of that zone, however, I see a (Window, I 
think) floating away from everything else but I'm not sure what it is 
and didn't want to spend the time to dissect the input file right now.

By the way, the actual coordinates of the base does not surround 
surfaces appear now on the .shd file that comes out automatically -- 
if that helps.  I see a couple more on there that do not show up in 
the output error file.  (another defect to resolve)

Someone else can better answer possible reasons for these.  I can 
tell you that the base does not surround error does not have anything 
to do with the two following problems.
