David,

I suggest you use the field OutsideFaceEnvironment=OtherSideCoeff.
Using this field require that the next field must have the name of an objet,
this field is OutsideFaceEnvironment Object.
This object is declared in the Advanced Surface Concepts area, in the field
named OtherSideCoefficients.
There you create an object (that will appear in the field
OutsideFaceEnvironment Object). In this object you can tell the program
that the other side temperature is constant, by filling a User selected
Constant Temperature. The program will assume that the temperature in the
outside face of that surface is constant and equals to that value you have
typed.
