[EnergyPlus_Support] about the fresh air

Dear all: 
     The system is fan coil and fresh air. I set the outside air flow 
per person in the zone sizing.I use chillers give the chilled water.I 
wondered if the cooling capacity and energy consumption of the chiller 
include the capacity and energy that the fresh air need.If not, how can 
I get the cooling capacity and energy the outside air need when 
conditioned to the supply temp?
