[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Format problem in the CSV output file of V1.4.0

i have not tried updating v1.3.0 idf to v1.4.0 idf but is the data in 
the Excel cell comma separated? When data is imported into Excel, 
there is a option (under the Data tab) to delimit the data with the 
commas or tabs. It moves data separated by commas or tabs to new 
cells. The 2003 edition for sure does provide this. Hope this helps.
