[EnergyPlus_Support] Dip in wall and roof outside temperature at 14:00 on 10/08

Dear all, 

i ran a Task1.idf with MYS_Kuching_IWEC.epw and there is dip in the 
above temperatures to 26+ C from 30+ C before and after 14:00 for the 
wall and 50+ C on the roof before and after 14:00 for roof, only for 
the Oct 8th date of the typical design week. 

The above does not happen for the other days of the week.
It also does not happen if i use Chicago weather file. 

Hope you can let me know the real reason (sun is directly above?) for 
this. i do not know how to upload files into this yahoo site.
