Job Description: SAIC, a Fortune 500 company seeks an experienced 
Energy Efficiency Marketing professional to develop strategies and 
complete energy-efficiency Program outreach to new building 
construction projects in Oregon. 

Basically, what we are looking for is someone who can find new 
commercial construction jobs and help them understand the benefits 
of energy efficiency by participating in our program. 

The selected individual will conceive and execute outreach to the 
commercial building design and construction industry to improve 
energy efficiency through interface with building owners, design 
teams, vendors and contractors. The selected candidate will also 
present energy efficiency programs, assist in identifying energy 
efficiency opportunities, and manage technical assistance. 

Work includes presentation of an energy program in private and 
public settings, close coordination with design/construction/owner 
teams, and active recruitment of program participants for energy 
efficiency measures, "green" building practices, and financial 
incentives for new building projects in Oregon. 

A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial building energy 
systems, the design and construction industry, utility DSM programs 
and/or technical sales and outreach, with knowledge of energy codes, 
building project design and development processes, markets, energy 
use, design, and/or construction is desired. A Bachelor's degree in 
Engineering, Construction Management or Technical Marketing is 
preferred. 

We're looking for a dynamic individual that can multitask, is a self 
starter, can travel occasionally and works well with others.  This 
position requires both a "people" person and a technical mind.  If
