[EnergyPlus_Support] Eplus crash heat pump w/ and w/o OA

Hello,

Could you review these two files, UCGS_3_2feb07_5_HP_7.idf, and 
UCGS_3_2feb07_5_HP_9.idf, both saved in PAF_files directory? Both files 
are crashing with a division by zero.

I am modeling a water-to-air heat pump for each zone of a 3 zone model. 
The "7" model includes outdoor air (OA). Is this possible? Have I just 
misconnected something?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
