Thanks again for your reply, but excuse me if DesignBuilder has these advantages of ease of use and built in EnergyPlus engine, over EnergyPlus, what makes EnergyPlus advantageous to use over DesignBuilder???

DESIGNBUILDER IS A USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE THAT INTERFACES DIRECTLY TO ENERGYPLUS (AND CAN WRITE AN INPUT FILE) AS WELL AS HAVING INTERNAL CAPABILITIES OF ITS OWN.
