[EnergyPlus_Support] zero air loop mass flow rate

Hello erverybody,

I'm simulating one zone modell to get familíar with Energy Plus. 
Therefor I constructed an simple Air Loop. The primary air system side 
contains Fan and coil:water:simple:heating elements, the zone equipment 
side contains a singleduct:vav:noreheat element. I compared my file 
serveral times with example files, but I have still no mass flow rate in 
the Air Loop. I don't get any warnings, thus it seems to be a set point 
or controller fault. Does anybody have an idea, how to solve the problem?
I added my simpleairloop.idf file to the web
