[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat Exchanger

Dear All,
  1- How can I use an Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger for total building mechanical Airchange, which are done for fresh air supply?
  2- How can I use a underground Heat Exchanger for pre-heating of air in winter and pre-cooling it in summer before entering the building?
