1.  Use WindowShadingControl.  There is also a field in the window object 
(Surface:HeatTransfer:Sub) that attaches the control to a specific window(s).  

2.  The simplest way is to use VENTILATION.  A more detailed approach is to use 
AIRFLOWNETWORK:*.
