[EnergyPlus_Support] natural air supply with an exhaust fan

I tried to model a ventilation strategy with natural air supply and mechanical air exhaust in a simplified two zone building. I used an airflow network system, with air inlet openings in zone 1, an interzone simple opening (a door) and an exhaust fan (constant volume) in zone 2.

When using [airflownetwork control: multizone] (with or without distribution) and a zone exhaust fan (or a fan: simple: constvolume) object, a warning is given: 'unbalanced airflow' for the zone containing the exhaust fan (zone 2). What goes wrong?

How can I successfully create a model that combines natural air supply with a (constant volume?) exhaust fan?
