[EnergyPlus_Support] DOE-2 window constructions dataset

I am getting slightly different U-factors and SHGC values for the
DOE-2 constructions defined in the 'WindowConstructs.idf' from
Datasets directory.  Has anyone used these?

For example, 1401 is supposed to have U = 5.11 and SHGC = 0.25
according to the dataset, but I am getting U = 5.07 and SHGC = 0.218
from the EnergyPlus output.  

How can I get these to match?  Isn't EnergyPlus using Windows 4?
