[EnergyPlus_Support] Hot Water Reset Savings?

Dear All-

I am tying to estimate the energy savings of implementing a hot water
reset as a function of outside air. The object was entered as shown
at the end of this message. When I implement the hot water reset,
the energy consumption of the boiler does not change-no energy
savings. Why is this the case? Does the boiler:simple object take
into account water delivery temperature into its energy consumption
calculation?

SET POINT MANAGER:OUTSIDE AIR,
    Hot Water Loop HW Temp Manager, !- Name
    TEMP,                    !- Control variable
    82.2,                    !- Set point at outside low {C}
    -6.7,                    !- Outside low {C}
    65.6,                    !- Set point at outside high {C}
    10,                      !- Outside high {C}
    Hot Water Loop HW Supply Outlet; !- Name of the set point Node

Note, I am using the boiler simple object. Thanks in advance.

Noel
