Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] heating and cooling energy consumption

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your reply. But your reply implies that sensible and latent cooling are proportional which might not be right in all cases.
I'm studying architectural elements impacts on cooling and heating (and also lighting) loads. I hope to get these loads in a "practical"; that could be represented in terms of electic bills form. My main questions are:
1- Would the purchased cooling and heating be adequate to describe loads. This is not quite clear especially with what's implied in the below discussion of Ery Djunaedy conclusions about concluding energy consumption using coils reports, should I use another HVAC system for energy consumption concluding.
2- Another question is whether zone/sys sensible cooling loads report, purchased cooling of whole building and proportioning zones loads according to purchased cooling of the building, would be the best way to conclude the loads.
3- Is there some difference between zone/sys cooling loads and required energy to provide the zone energy?
  Thank you
  Best regards

There are no report variables which report this directly. You could use the
zone sensible heating and cooling energy to proportion the heating and cooling
energy use in an approximate way.
