Yes, there does seem to be a problem.  I'm suspecting the 
introduction of the "unentered other zone surfaces" to be the culprit.

If it looks like the floor areas are correct, you can enter the 
ceiling height and it will use it, I believe to calculate the zone 
volume.  Or just enter the Zone Volume.
