The expidf output file contains all of the regular HVAC objects.  You can copy 
this file to <newname>.idf and then work with that file to make further 
changes.

Looking at Files:Problem Submittals:Gil_5_5.idf, the ZONE SIZING and SYSTEM 
SIZING objects are not consistent with each other and they are not consistent 
with the controls.  I will send a direct e-mail listing some of the specifics.
