[EnergyPlus_Support] Weather files conversion

Hello!

Can the epw extension file be converted to the extension files of TMY, 
TM2, TRY, WY2, CEC, CTZ, CWC, WTR, and IWC?

I am trying to perform TRACE 700 to calculate BLDG loads, which is 
located in Manila, Philips.  

I would like to give you "Thank you so much" if anyone help me to solve 
it.
