Use the Schedule:File:Comma object. Convert your weather file to csv 
format. Open the weather file and "create" an hourly temperature set 
point schedule from the outdoor temperature using your description 
below. Then save the temperature set point schedule in csv format. Enter 
the file name and temperature set point column number in the 
Schedule:File:Comma object. When you run the simulation, use the 
Zone/Sys Thermostat Cooling Setpoint and Schedule Value report variables 
to check your work. See the InputOutputReference document for further 
details.
