Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] "Time not comfortable" related questions



Please see the Input Output Reference, pp. 261-263  (pdf pp. 300-302) for 
explanations of these report variables.  To answer your specific questions:

1.  Not correct.  These are reported for the zone conditions as simulated.  If 
HVAC systems are present it will reflect the resulting zone conditions.

2a. Then someone wearing 0.5Clo will not be comfortable.

2b. These report variables know nothing of summer and winter seasons, they 
simply report for 1.0Clo (winter clothes) and 0.5Clo (summer clothers).

2c. It does not imply that the summer region is empty.  It implies that all 
reporting for uncomfortable times is completely outside both the summer and 
winter clothing regions, could be too hot, or could be too cold.
