[EnergyPlus_Support] Thermal storage

Hi everybody,
   
  I am posting this message in the name of a colleague of mine who wants some information about Thermal storage in EnergyPlus.

I am not an Energy Plus user myself, but I am interested in building simulation programs which have readily available Thermal Energy Storage components. Therefore I would be grateful if you could forward me information regarding existing TES models which can be integrated in Energy plus models. At the moment I am not interested in the models themselves but on the types of the components (e.g. whether it is a water tank, a PCM store etc), the authors and the ways these models can become available to Energy Plus users.I am also interested to know if these models are validated and their potential  limitations. Thank you in advance for your help
