As of V2.0, you can also use "UnenteredOtherZoneSurface" as the 
Outside face environment and enter the zone name in the following 
field, EnergyPlus will make the other surface, including 
construction.  You could then look at those to see what you might 
have incorrect in your current file.

We say ceiling/floor in the documentation at this point because they 
are most likely to have non-symmetrical layers in their 
constructions.  I will also fix that part of the documentation to 
alert users to the Unentered Other Zone Surface feature.

If you can't figure it out, please upload your file to the problem 
submittals area.
