RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] editing Energy+.idd file

If you were not able to edit the idd file, you may run into difficulty trying 
to replace it with the extended one from DesignBuilder.  Normally the idd file 
is not write-protected.  The question of administrative rights is something 
very specific to each operating system and the security settings on your 
particular computer.  For example, if you are running Windows Vista, I am told 
that there are default permissions which may need to be changed.
