[EnergyPlus_Support] purchased chilled water

Hi,

I am trying to simulate a landscape office with a simple CAV
ventilation system. I would like the ventilation air supply to be at
17C all the time (summer study), but I am not interested in the plant
dimensioning.
So, I thought to implement the plant simply via a "purchased chilled
water" component. I have built up my model, I get it to run without
errors... but it doesn't work. Somehow the "purchased chilled water"
component does not work (its flow being alway 0) and the ventilation
supply air gets whatever temperature dictated by exterior and return
air conditions.

I uploaded the file "Landscape Office_Purchased Chilled Water.idf" in
the file section. Could somebody please take a look at it and tell me
what is wrong?

(I tried to keep the file as simple as possible, including only the
essential input for showing my problem. Purchased chilled water
component is meant to be oversized, with 10 m3/s capacity, in order to
allow as much cooling as needed without problems. But maybe I have
some mistake with the controllers, which I can't identify, dunno)

Thank you!
Igor
