[Equest-users] Spam: Weather Input Data

Within the Detailed Data Mode, Go to the "Project & Site" tab, then click on
the "Project Properties" dialog box.  In the "weather file" box, you can
manually type in the name of the weather file you want, paying attention to
the required eQuest syntax.
