You can use the Parametric Run method, if you place your model in the
Detailed Edit mode. Remember, though, that if you make changes in this
mode, you cannot go back to the Wizard Modes.

Would the [best] way to determine the impact of free cooling be to run
two simulations (one with and one without an economizer) and compare the
resulting loads?

DOE-2 does not report the number of hours using "free cooling" (via an
