[Equest-users] Heat Recovery Chiller

I am trying to add a heat recovery chiller to my building and it isn't
working correctly. I can get the chiller to operate, but the hourly
reports look like it is just always rejecting heat to the condenser, and
never recovering any of it to my hot-water loop. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how to make the system work correctly?
