[Equest-users] One Line Processor File

Does anyone know if there is a "one line" processor file or program that
will read an eQuest .BDL file and write a corresponding .SIM file
without having to open eQuest and wait for the program to load/etc. I
know of a similar processor for other programs, but I'm not sure about
eQuest.

Thank you in advance.
